Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Reef Ahoy website (reefahoy.com.au) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Products & Ordering

• All products are custom 3D-printed to order. Slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are normal for 3D-printed items and are not considered defects.
• Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (10%).
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Orders placed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.
• Product colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the physical product due to monitor differences.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship Australia-wide.
• As products are made to order, please allow 3-7 business days for production before shipping.
• Delivery times vary by location: metro areas typically 2-5 business days, regional areas 5-10 business days after dispatch.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Product Safety

Our products are designed for use in reef and marine aquariums. All materials are selected for aquarium safety. However, as with any aquarium accessory, we recommend rinsing products in fresh water before placing them in your tank. Reef Ahoy is not responsible for any livestock loss or aquarium damage.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Reef Ahoy. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Reef Ahoy's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
